One of the boys favorites; Honey Mustard Pork Chops 1/4 cup butter... 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup mustard (I like stone ground) 1 small onion chopped 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Melt butter, add remaining ingredients. Dip pork chops (bone in or boneless) in mixture. Place in 9x13 baking dish and pour remaining sauce on top. Bake at 375 degrees for approx 35 mins for a 1" bone-in chop. www.borderlinefarms.grazecart.com
Why we choose to raise Berkshire pigs: Berkshire is the oldest purebred swine breed in the world, dating back 300 years to Berkshire County England. It's known the world round for its meat quality. Berkshire pork is distinctive for its rich ruby color, exquisite marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavor. Don't just take our word for it. In 1992 the National Pork Board tested nine sire lines for their meat and eating quality. Berkshire pork placed first in 19 of 20 traits...! Tasting is believing: www.birderlinefarms.grazecart.com
