Yanshou Celtuce leaf is at the end of it's season. Celtuce is by far the nuttiest leafy greens I have ever tasted and Yanshou takes the cake for the nuttiest variety. Catch her again in a major way next spring

Redcoat Garlic - Our feral found variety is being put into production after this seasons seed crop on the farm. Unmatched flavor and aroma. Never gets old or overpowering. We have been harvesting from the 'wild' patch for many years and the main reason we are moving a crop to the farm is for uniform bulb size.
