Well, it looks like cold weather running season has arrived! Here are some tips for how you should dress: 60+ degrees: tank top and shorts 5059 degrees: short sleeve tech shirt and shorts 4049 degrees: long sleeve tech shirt, shorts or tights, gloves (optional), headband to cover ears (optional)... 3039 degrees: long sleeve tech shirt, shorts or tights, gloves, and headband to cover ears 2029 degrees: two shirts layereda long sleeve tech shirt and a short sleeve tech shirt or long sleeve shirt and jackettights, gloves, and headband or hat to cover ears 1019 degrees: two shirts layered, tights, gloves or mittens, headband or hat, and windbreaker jacket/pants 09 degrees: two shirts layered, tights, windbreaker jacket/pants, mittens, headband or hat, ski mask to cover face You can also see more tips about cold weather running here - https://bit.ly/37PPCoW
