Sadly, Sunshine Yoga is closing for classes, on Zoom and in person at the end of this month. I have had the incredible privilege of being a member of the teaching staff. Thanks to all my students for showing up, being open and trusting me as I have shared my journey with the Foam Roller for Self Healing. Deepest bow of gratitude to my colleague, dear friend and soul sister Kelli Austin for all the opportunities and support.
