Due to the spike of COVID cases in our region, Lama Chökyi's and our Ngkapas in Minneapolis have decided to cancel their tip to St. Louis. This was the 2020 Fall/ Winter Visit scheduled for next week. We at the board of Blue Lotus, are very disappointed about the news, but we also understand the imperative of keeping Lama, the Sangha and the community safe. Fortunately, some of the events will still happen online via Zoom. We will send a out an email to inform participants (who signed up) any changes in events, times and dates. Thank you and stay safe!

This is a live Tara/ Buddha altar set up at the Blue Lotus Center. We should be live for about 15-30mins. Viewers can take this time to meditate, reflect, or pray. This is our first Virtual meditation we are just testing things out. Thank you!

The Blue Lotus Dharma Center (BLDC) is pleased to announce that we will be hosting Lama Chökyi's 2020 Fall/ Winter visit to St. Louis. He will be Visiting STL November 19-22 2010. Lama Chökyi is the founder of BLDC, a Dharma Scholar and has been our Spiritual Advisor/ Guru for many years. He will be visiting with members of his Ashram from NamChok Pur ChoLing/Sky-Iron Kila Society (SIKS). Most of his Kirtans/ Dharma talks are archived on www.bluelotusdharmacenter.org and available free to the public! This STL visit will be a time for practitioners to strengthen their Buddhist practice and fellowship with our beloved Lama! Blue Lotus Dharma Center presents the 2020 Lojoing Mind Traning with Lama Ngakpa Chökyi Lodü. Lojong is a mind training practice in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It is based on a set of slogans formulated by Chekawa Yeshe Dorje. Under the direction of Lama Chökyi , the participants will learn to refining and purify one's personal motivations and attitudes.
