League Liaison Must be available nights and weekends. Must have extensive background in bowling and be available for regular scheduling Purpose To input and print all information relevant to League Record Service on a timely basis. Responsible for overseeing anything pertaining to league programs and league bowlers Responsible for coordinating all league programs including youth league.... Duties 1. Input league records including: league information sheets, bowler’s information sheets, weekly recaps sheets and bowler change information. 2. Print computer league recap sheets, league standing sheets and end of the season reports. 3. Solicit, organize and coordinate bowling leagues throughout the year. 4. Assist bowl management with securing future commitments from existing leagues. 5. To fill vacancies in league structure and keep a current list of vacancies posted 6. To solicit existing open play traffic with the purpose of league bowling. 7. Assist management in soliciting, organizing, coordinating and promoting tournaments and special events as well as creating promotional material. 8. Communicate promotional programs to bowlers. 9. Required to attend all league meetings to confirm and acquire league rules. 10. Be in constant contact with the league officers. Conduct face to face meeting at least once every couple of months to reconcile prize fund and ensure the correct number of bowlers are being charged/paid for. 11. Directly handle/resolve all inquiries from managers, staff members and league officers in a timely manner. 12. Directly handle all call backs for all leagues. Must ensure every bowler gets called. 13. Must maintain/input all bowler information and make sure all info is current. 14. Assist with front counter as needed 15. Proactively support the team and company to achieve its objectives.
