Check out this yummy recipe! It's an easy snack you can take on the go, so it's perfect for busy families. Homemade Cereal Bars Ingredients:... 3 cups whole grain cereal 1 cup raisins (optional) 1/4 cup slivered almonds 1 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons oil **Caution** Never serve honey to children under the age of one. Instructions: Wash prep area and your hands. In large mixing bowl, add cereal, raisins, and almonds. Mix together. In small mixing bowl, add peanut butter, oil, and honey. Mix together. Combine peanut butter and honey mix with dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into 9x9 glass pan. Press down firmly and evenly in pan. Chill pan in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut and serve. Tip: Substitute a different dried fruit for the raisins to vary the taste or serve raisin-free bars with an apple or other complementary fruit. #FridayFoodie #recipe #WIC #Missouri #women #infants #children

Effective January 1, 2021: the Missouri WIC infant formulas will change to Abbott (Similac) Products. Participants who were issued benefits prior to January 1, 2021 will have Enfamil benefits to redeem for January. Participants who were issued benefits on or after January 1, 2021 will have Similac benefits to redeem for January. The new formulas listed below will be issued:... Please don't forget your eWIC card when coming in for your appointment to get your benefits. If you don't have your card eWIC card you will have to go get it in order to get your benefits loaded.
