Amy was born in St. Louis, Missouri Beth was born Columbia, Missouri... 2) Where are you currently employed, what is your role, and what markets do you serve? We are employed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices-Alliance Real Estate. We are both real estate agents who assist buyers and sellers in St. Louis City and St. Louis, St. Charles and surrounding counties. 3) When did you start in real estate? Amy started appraising real estate in 1992, obtained her sales license in 1996 and joined Beth in 2014 to sell fulltime. Beth began selling real estate full time in 2007. 4) What are all the real estate related jobs you have had throughout your career? Amy began appraising in 1992 and got her sales license in 1996. Amy also purchase and rehabs home with her husband. Beth has been a fulltime agent since and specializes in relocation-helping both buyers and sellers. 5) What was the interest rate of your first home mortgage? Amy-9.5% Beth-4% 6) What is your prediction for the real estate market in the next 12 months? 2021 should be a strong seller's market given the low interest rates and low inventory. 7) Where is your favorite place to travel? Amy-Italy Beth-Ireland 8) What is your favorite food? Amy's favorite is freshly baked bread Beth is a foodie but her favorite is Pizza 9) What is your favorite or funniest personal story from your real estate career? Our funniest stories are not family friendly. We are reminded to knock loudly before entering homes and hope sellers remember to be fully clothed when they have scheduled appointments to show their residence. Our strangest story was walking in on a burglary and having to report to the police station for questioning later that day. The funny part was having to answer the call from the police station with the clients in the car (agent was released and was only called to give witness statement). 10) Where can people find you for your services?
