Why Magnesium...

As I gaze in awe of the slight sunset over the first snow at the new office, I reflect on how beautiful the challenges were that 2020 has brought and how many blessings in disguise there were. I am so very grateful for every one of the clients that have supported me over the years as a LMT, but I am especially thankful for every single client, business acquaintance and friend that has supported me during this odd year. So many people called/texted/emailed me to make sure me,... my family and my business was going to survive this pandemic and it's financial, emotional and mental hardships. After 7 weeks of not seeing sad, hurting faces turn to smiles from pain relief I was able to help them with, warm hugs from familiar faces, making eye contact with others, and not waking up everyday to go to the place I worked so hard to build, I was reassured that faith guides us where we need to be when we need to be there, to teach us lessons we didn't know we needed to learn at that time. In September, I used the confidence and love I have recieved this year and took an even bigger leap of faith and rented my own suite that is truly my home away from home. I'd love to give an enormous thank you from the bottom of my heart to God, the clients that have let me help heal them, my family, friends, business partners and acquaintances that have guided me to this point in my life and be able to experience the overwhelming joy and love I feel everyday I walk into this office. "Why did this [injury] happen?" This is one of the most common questions I get -- usually several times per day. The answer is simple. One-off, freak accidents ...aside, injuries usually come down to some combination of three things: repetitive motions, repetitive postures (i.e. static body alignment, work positions, bodily habits like leg-crossing, etc), and old injuries or traumas. Those three things typically either cause the problems or at least create a predisposition/vulnerability to injury. The office was deep cleaned, sanitized and fully decorated for Christmas this weekend! We're trying out very best to keep COVID-19 out of our office and peace inside! FYI and peace of mind in regards to our cleaning procedures-... The treatment room, waiting area, writing utensils and door handles are fully sanitized between each client. There are 3 HEPA filters in our 875sq ft office that are always on and functioning with clean filters. All linens are carefully handled and washed with hot water and disinfectant every day, all day. All surfaces, rugs, and doors are thouroghly cleaned and sanitized once a week on top of our daily and between each client procedures. The office is deep cleaned, restocked with cleaning products and tidied up thouroghly once a month during a long weekend. We are here to help you heal you!

Ankle unstable? I got you! This client didn't know it, but his left ankle was a big player in his right side of lower back pain and pain on the left in between the shoulder blades. A little massage to the mentioned areas, RockTape, then a quick walk with focus on heel strike and toe offs and all pain is decreased significantly!... #helpyouhealyou

Sometimes clients are unable to lay on their backs which is why they are coming to our office. Sometimes we hope that a massage chair instead would be helpful during a session so we can still massage the client's back. Then, sometimes that doesn't work and we have to pull a chair out of the lobby. That's fine though. ... The 1st step is asking for help. And we will help you achieve measurable goals such as going from using a lobby chair, to a massage chair to lasting 30min-1hr laying on a massage table. We will do all that we can to help you feel comfortable and assist you in your pain relief journey. Let us help you heal you!
