Let's face it, we can all use some support. Our Virtual Support Group helps keep people with ALS and caregivers connected emotionally and reminds us all that we are not in this alone. Through this virtual community, we hope to help everyone feel closer. Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month, and the next meeting is October 12. Find out more and register now now at: https://bit.ly/SupportGroupRegistration

Let's go Cards! We here at the ALS Association St. Louis Regional Chapter can't wait to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals tonight in the NL #WildCard game vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers. And for our friends in central Illinois, the Cubs aren't in the #playoffs this year, so jump on the bandwagon with us. #OurALSCommunity #CardinalNation #LetsGoCards #STLCards
