We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated person to join our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting and attending to customers on the phone and/or in person. Performing a broad range of administrative duties in numerous areas including reception, accounts payable, accounts receivable, in and out bound mail, filing, upkeep of front office, managing calls and emails, and properly communicating any and all tasks and messages with other office staff. Assi...stant will need to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. In addition, he/she must assist and advise walk in clients, and present themselves professionally in a fast paced environment.
