New tongue for this trailer. Didn’t get a before picture, but the trailer was jack knifed and bent the tongue, chain box, and jack. We removed everything and rebuilt it all back to factory.

King pin on a flatbed. Removed the old broken king pin plate and rebuilt it and installed new plate and cross bracing.

Full king pin replacement on a hopper bottom. Removed the entire kingpin all the way back to the landing gear. We fabricated each piece to rebuild the entire king pin. Cut out the new plate, cut and bent the channels that run up the sides, built the new main beam, and rewired and ran the air lines. Turned out nice. Front slope on a hopper replacement. Trailer came in and the front passenger side slope was cracked out terribly, beyond patching and a row of rivets had pulled through the aluminum front skin. We removed the trap door and the damaged skin and replaced it with new. Give us a call for any trailer repair needs!

Repair work on a live floor mulch trailer. Trailer was hit on the back end ripping the door frame and buck plate back, ripping the skins and pushing the rear axle out of alignment. We removed the rear frame work, pulled all 24 slats out of the floor, replaced 2 crossmembers, removed and replaced 2 pieces of skin, installed the new frame work, new doors and hardware, put all the slats back in and completely rewired the lights. Lots of little pieces to remove and reinstall. It’s was challenging, but it was a fun project. It left today and will be loaded and running tomorrow.

Out fitted a Kubota with a Hay Hand. Plumed the tractor for the front hydraulics for them to run it.
