In effort to protect our members, we will be cancelling all Senior Programming beginning Monday, March 16, 2020. This includes Silver Sneakers, Chair Yoga, and ...all Aqua Aerobics classes. ALL Y members of any age, including our Silver Sneakers members, are still welcome to visit the YMCA and utilize all of our facilities.
