Message to all of our Past, Present and Future clients: Out of an abundance of caution and for the health and safety of our staff and clients, the office will be operating remotely until further notice. Please rest assured that we have a remarkably effective and efficient system that is allowing us to take this action without losing the ability to represent you zealously in your matter. Here are the only changes that you will see until we are able to physically return to th...e office: - Office Consultations will take place via telephone or FaceTime video. The initial consultation to discuss your case is still complimentary. -Documents will be exchanged, for the most part exclusively, by email/fax. If you MUST drop something off at the office, we will give you specific directions on how this can be safely accomplished. -Notarized signatures can be witnessed by either Heather or Jese via FaceTime video. -Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or by check via mail. If you must pay cash at the office, we will again give you specific instructions on how this can transpire with minimal risk. -Court appearances in the State of Missouri are now suspended for all cases but those that are Constitutionally protected or deemed an emergency. Once this suspension has been lifted, we will work diligently to get your case back on the docket as soon as practical. As the Court's move your existing hearing dates, you will be getting notifications from us. Please make note of these. This is an unprecedented time in the history of our country and there are, undoubtedly, uncertain times ahead. We have faith that we, as Americans, can persevere through the coming months and rise to the challenges that lie ahead. Forgive, but never forget these things...

We can’t express enough what an honor it was to sponsor the 18th Annual Citizens Against Domestic Violence luncheon last week! It is a wonderful organization and such a worthy cause. We are so fortunate that CADV is a part of our Lake community. I believe they had the largest turn out in luncheon history! This year’s theme was favorite holiday and the tables were outstanding! Our favorite holiday, of course, is National Bubble Bath Day (January 8). What a great event!
