Remy is a graduate of our Civic Ambassador Program & Neighborhood Ambassador Fellowship and currently attends Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO. Talijah is a graduate of our Civic Ambassador Program and currently attends St. Louis Community College in St. Louis, MO. Both are recipients of the Good Samaritan Scholarship this past week for their efforts in policy change related to education, homelessness, hunger and housing. To be eligible, one must demonstrate they are... outstanding citizens in their neighborhood, school and places of employment and worship and work to create rooms for equitable representation. In addition, one must be enrolled in college courses in the state of Missouri. With help of community partners like AllTru Credit Union, we can continue to provide college aid to our next generation of bridge builders. Remy & Talijah has worked to learn of community concerns and work together to find equitable solutions to them. Their work have led to policy change on local and state levels. We are proud of their work and honored to provide them with this scholarship. "Dedication does payoff in more ways than one." - Kim Paige

Happy 107th Founders' Day to the men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. This past weekend, we co-hosted a COVID-19 Testing & Flu Shot Drive in the 63106 zip code. Several young community leaders braved the weather and got tested. The brave and courageous healthcare workers provided the most professional healthcare services under the worst circumstances. We thank you.

GOAL: Help slow the spread and encourage testing among millennials in the STL area. COVID-19 Slow the Spread & Get Tested went well today. Our very own Executive Director who helped organized todays drive with Affinia Healthcare is seen here getting tested. We made history by bringing the first testing event to the 63130 for the first time. #Youthled #youthempowerment #affordablehealthcare #healthdisparity
