Considering out 300 hour advanced YTT? Did you know you can start in March? MEET SAM! Sam attends our program from Minnesota and has enjoyed in person and zoom modules.He started his journey with the CORE of the program. However, Immersions begin in March and for one weekend a month you can immerse yourself in the interwoven fundamentals of yoga through Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Yin, Chakra Yoga, Trauma Informed and more! With the possibility of more winter weather this week, we have updated some of our procedures regarding closing the studio and teaching via Zoom. Classes may be offered as ZOOM ONLY. Please check the class schedule on the website. If a class is not listed as ZOOM ONLY it will be held in person at the studio. Be mindful of travel conditions when choosing whether to attend in person or on Zoom. The studio is not able to modify the condition of the parking lot, so use caution ...if you decide to attend in person. Please register online ahead of attending class. Drop ins are not preferred during inclement weather. We are going to try to remain open as much as possible with our Zooming capabilities, but circumstances which result in cancelations may still arise. With that in mind, please check social media and the website for cancelations.
