Yardhouse fabrics is closing the retail location at 1400 Forum Blvd. Everything must go! ALL fabric $5/yard--cottons, silks, upholstery, etc. Very large cutting table, beautiful cash wrap with custom made butcher block countertop that would make a beautiful bar, fixtures, notions, antique furniture, vintage buttons, trims.... We will be open Monday and Tuesday 12-6pm.
