After 5 years we've decided to end our line of flag coin displays. We thank everyone who purchased one and especially those who asked us to customize theirs in some unique way. They were a lot of fun to make, but it's time to move on to other challenges. With that said, we are offering our remaining stock of US and Texas (with either wood or rustic tin star) flag coin holders at a drastically reduced price of only $100 each. These are the very last, and once sold there will be no more.
Our first shadowbox end table. We went traditional this time and made the entire item from lumber, no plywood. The solid oak construction and tempered glass top is designed to last for generations.
No two of our retirement chests with nested shadowbox are the same. Here's our latest. This time we've added a display area to the underside of the lid for unit patches, rank insignia, etc., leaving even more room to display memorabilia within the shadowbox itself.
My wife and daughter are avid quilters and the fruits of their labors have begun to pile up so we needed a way to store/display them without taking up too much space. We don't claim they're original, but we have put our own WCW twist on them. Ours are made from solid oak and we use round rungs to reduce the chance of permanent creases forming on the quilts. Also, the tops are rounded over to prevent marring the wall and the bottoms are cut at an angle to ensure a more solid foundation. One is stained ebony, the other red oak. They measure in at 7 ft and have 4 rungs (although my next batch will be 5-rung). If you're interested, the price is $85 and the choice of stain is entirely up to you.
Like everyone else we're keeping busy doing a lot of cleaning and today discovered a couple of items from the back of a closet we forgot all about. These Texas flag coin displays, about 18 x 30 inches, are made from maple, cambia, and padauk (no stains used). One has a solid wood star, the other has a rustic metal star. They hold about 70 coins (depending on size). You can have either one for an unbelievable $85. That's more than $50 off the original price.
