Good Afternoon Athletes! We are very sorry for our limited activity across our social media platforms. We are all well aware this is a tough time for everyone. Please let us know how we can help you until this disaster is behind us. We want to cater to you all individually because we all have different circumstances at the moment. Our number one priority is your safety, health and wellness. Your fitness is runner-up. When you find time to workout please reach out to us, whether through Facebook or to any of us personally. We can program the perfect workout for your current situation! We are here for any other concerns or advice as well! Our world is currently an unfamiliar place. Don’t abandon your body in the chaos. Don’t give up on the goals you set for yourself.
Workout for the day! Each station will consist of a 5 minute AMRAP. Try to get as many rounds completed in this 5 minute window. In 20 minutes you’ll work you’re entire body and I’m sure you’ll feel a little better as well! Let us know if you have any questions or if you need modifications. Stay strong out there! 1.) lower body... pause squat (2 count) x 10 Hinge & reach x 10 High Knees x 10/10 2.) upper body push-up x 10 Row x 10 Torso Rotation with Reach x 10/10 3.) core Shoulder taps x 10/10 Reverse snow angel x 10 Deadbug x 10/10 4.) burnout Jumping jacks x 25 Mountain climber x 10/10 Walkout x 5
