Glad the sun is shining this morning. Doesn’t feel like -9 degrees outside thanks to that!

Girls started eating the wind barrier I put up for them yesterday. I think our Missouri climate zone just changed by a couple numbers. It’s weeks like this I wish I had a large indoor feeding building constructed!

Ruby and some bred heifers looking for that hay I rolled out in a lower area. Hopefully get them out of these frigid temperatures and high winds.

This is what happens when all your freeze-proof water tanks are frozen up and you have to put out an open tank for the cattle. The girls like to play in it when it’s 14 degrees outside during the day!
