It has come to our attention that some customers who had dip manicures done experienced a problem with the top coat peeling. I’m not sure if we got a bad bottle from the manufacturer or what the deal was but I have since brought in a brand new OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat, Activator, and Top Coat system. If you had a dip and experienced this problem, just give us a call and we will get you taken care of. Sorry for the inconvenience.
