Please take some time today to reflect and honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
THANK YOU to all the veterans who have bravely served our country and to all of their families who have sacrificed as well.
Missouri lawmakers are once again attempting to limit your rights to hold corporations accountable for defective and unsafe products. Don't let them.
We often get questions about what judges to vote for in retention elections. For our folks in Missouri, below is a helpful guide that reviews the performance of judges up for retention.
As the old English proverb goes, better late than never. We meant to post this last week when the Cardinals were still in the playoffs.

COVID 19 - UPDATE: We wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that despite these uncertain times, our dedication to our clients has not been impacted. While our office has been closed for in-person meetings for a couple of weeks now, all of our attorneys and staff have access to email, phones, and video conferencing if needed. This has not impacted our ability to take on new business, and we encourage any potential clients to contact us if you have legal needs. We will... continue to work hard for all of our clients and do our best to resolve your cases as timely as possible. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your case.
All that serves labor serves the nation. All that harms labor is treason to America. No line can be drawn between these two. "If a man tells you he loves America, yet hates labor, he is a liar. "If a man tells you he trusts America, yet fears labor, he is a fool.... "There is no America without labor, and to fleece the one is to rob the other." -Abraham Lincoln Today Wilkins Schneller asks you to remember why we have today off. People fighting for a living wage and safe working conditions are the reason we have a weekend, employer funded health care, and retirement benefits. Remember the battles fought by those before us and the battles still to be fought for working people. Here at Wilkins Schneller Law, we serve all injured members of the working class, including those who work the railroad and barges. Whether hurt on the job or in a car accident, Wilkins Schneller will have your best interest when trying to get you back to work without a pile of medical bills to worry about.
Excellent step by the Illinois legislature and Governor Pritzker to protect public safety and the jobs of our union brothers and sisters on the railroads. For too many years railroad carriers have been cutting the size of its train crews in an effort to improve its bottom line, all at the expense of the safety of the public and it's own crew members. I hope other states and the federal government will soon fall in line.
At Wilkins Schneller, nothing makes us happier than obtaining a good result for a deserving client. Below is a review we recently received on a serious injury case where we went to bat for our client and made sure he got the compensation he deserved. If you want to understand what our clients have to go through sometimes, please click on the link below: https://goo.gl/maps/N4dmyYqut7k9artt6
