CLIENT REVIEW: To all my friends and acquaintances. My wife and I decided to go through another emigration .. it seemed to us, as it were, the first one from the communist paradise in 1977 ... and now, after 43 years in St. Louis, two adult sons and four grandchildren, living God knows where, as well as 6 jobs, three houses, 9 cars, we moved to Florida. !! Now about the purpose of this post ...... If anyone is thinking of selling a house, then listen to me ... I have always been outraged by the extortionate interest that the real estate mafia rips off us - 6, 6.5 or even 7% And there are two options: 1st - put a house for sale "by owner" (which I tried unsuccessfully 30 years ago, but someone explained to me that at that time - no American would ever buy a house without an agent) 2nd - find an agent with lower percentages, and since now there is only one "multiple listing" on the Internet for everyone, the chances of selling a house are the same for both low-interest and shameless thugs ... We found an agent named Bob Strait and he takes 4% (!!!) from which, he gives 2.75% to the agent who brought the buyer and keeps the difference for himself .. Not enough? Well. Obviously, enough, because he takes in quantity. In short, he sold our house in one day! I repeat - in ONE DAY ..
