WCA's November Live Stream Concert will feature The Prairie Earth Ensemble, led by local singer-songwriter Jeff Clayton. The group offers an eclectic mix of folk, bluegrass, roots, R&B, and blues. The Prairie Earth Ensemble features the fingerstyle guitar and vocals of Jeff Clayton, the beautiful voice of Heidi Peterson, exquisite guitar work by Jimmy Dykes, and the extraordinary bass guitar of James Albright. Presented Free, Donations Welcomed.

Sat. Nov. 14, 12-2 p.m. Kids Spread Out For Art will be hosting our monthly interactive art series. This month's project we will be learning about Spanish artis...t Pablo Picasso. With the help of local artists youth will create their own Picasso self-portrait imitation. We are especially excited about this project because youth will have the opportunity to explore 2 dimensional art and take home an original piece they can be proud of. This project can be adjusted to fit youth of all ages so you can bring your entire family. The workshop is free of charge, supplies are included. Snacks and water will be provided. Masks are required. Space is limited due to social distancing. RSVP today!

Join us this Friday night for our October Live Stream Concert, as we welcome Daniel Velasco, flutist & Ellen Sommer, pianist. We will go live from the Sanctuary of Westport Presbyterian Church starting at 7 pm!

It’s October and time for another Kids Spread Out For Art interactive art experience. We are so excited and hope you come join us this Saturday October 10, 2020 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The workshop will take place at Westport Presbyterian Church, located at 201 Westport Rd, Kansas City, MO 64111. Due to Covid-19 we are still practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Space is limited to 13 families so admission is first come first served. Kids Spread Out For Art workshops are stimulating for youth of all ages and a great family activity. We will see you there!
