T'ai Chi at Webster Groves Recreation Complex

' I hope everyone is safe and healthy in our current situation here in the U.S. I have had a number of people express interest in online T’ai Chi classes while we are unable to gather together in person. After careful thought, I think they make sense. Classes will be one hour, $10 per class, and held using the Zoom meeting software with appropriate security configuration, and there will be no cost to students to use Zoom. If you have taken classes in our style before and are interested, please message me and I can get you more information.

Dear Students and fellow T’ai Chi practitioners, Following the guidance of St. Louis County, following Federal guidance, the Webster Groves Recreation Complex has shut down in response to COVID-19. There will be no Monday evening T’ai Chi classes as a result. I will stay in touch with the Rec Complex and provide updates here as the situation evolves. T’ai Chi can be a huge health benefit, and I hope everyone will continue daily practice on their own as part of their efforts ...to remain healthy. But I am glad to do our part in trying to protect those in our communities who are most at risk from the virus. If you have questions about your practice feel free to contact me.
