For the safety of our patrons and staff, the library will be closing at 4:00 p.m. today. Stay safe and warm!
We will be closed on December 24th and 25th. As well as January 1st. Happy holidays everyone!
Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases and with cold and flu season here, I and the Library Board have decided to roll back our hours and adjust staff schedules so that we may continue to serve the public if a member of staff is possibly exposed. To best achieve this, we have decided to close Wednesday, November 25th through Saturday, November 28th. This will give our janitor plenty of time to deep clean the building and get everything sanitized. We will reopen Monday, November... 30th with altered hours. Our new hours for at least the next few weeks will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from Noon to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. I would like to remind everyone that if you are under quarantine orders or experiencing cold, flu, or COVID-19 like symptoms, to not come into the Library. Our Wi-Fi is accessible from the parking lot and contactless curbside services are available. Thank you, Jake Johnson Library Director
Just a reminder! During nasty weather, please call us at (417) 673-4326 to make sure we are open before venturing out. In case this lovely snow sticks, be safe and warm everyone!
Due to technical issues with our phone and internet service and repairs needing to be made, we have temporarily closed. We hope to be back up and running tomorrow, Friday the 23rd.
Our audiobook shelves are full, so we are discarding some so we have more space. So our loss is your gain. All discarded audiobooks are FREE for the taking. Come in and take as many as you would like!
Starting Tuesday, October 13th we will be offering notary services free of charge. We ask that you call the library at 417-673-4326 before coming in to make sure the Notary is available.
It has come to our attention that our phone lines are down. We are working on getting this resolved. Thank you.
Has anyone seen this kitty?
