Quit focusing on the scale Would you believe me if I told you she weighed the same in both pictures? It's true Same weight, very different body So many things go into weight aside from just food and workouts If those 3 numbers on the scale dictate your mood or make you feel a certain way, DITCH IT! Use your clothes or pictures to track progress Focus on health first and foremost and quit obsessing over the number on the scale
