HOW TO GET THE COVID VACCINE: The COVID-19 vaccine has arrived in Kansas City, and hospitals, clinics, and health departments are giving the vaccine to Phase 1A and Phase 1B individuals, which include high-risk individuals (and also healthcare workers, senior care workers, EMTs, and first responders). High risk definition @ https://www.kcmo.gov/city-ha/departments//covid-19-vaccine If you are high-risk, you can fill out the form @ https://hipaa.jotform.com/210117358088152 ...and the KCMO Health Department will contact you when it's your turn. Alternatively, you can use this map @ https://covidvaccine.mo.gov/map/ to see what facilities near you are distributing the vaccine (enter your address on the right) and can then contact them to learn more. Please be patient. Even those in Phase 1A and 1B may have to wait a while, given the limited number of vaccines delivered by the state.

VOTE NO on 3! Do you remember the Clean Missouri initiative in 2018? The people of Missouri overwhelmingly voted for it, because it fought gerrymandering, ensuring fair map drawing for elections. We thought voters should choose politicians; politicians shouldn’t choose voters. Well, the MO Legislature didn’t like that much. Enter Amendment 3: Amendment 3 reverses voter-approved redistricting reforms to let political operatives draw maps favorable to incumbent politicians. In... other words, politicians want to gerrymander districts to stay in office. Amendment 3 is written to trick you. It changes lobbyist gift limits by only $5 and contribution limits by just $100. This is just deceptive sugarcoating. Amendment 3 says that even if their politician-protection maps are unconstitutional, a judge can’t throw them out. No one, especially politicians, should be above the law. SAVE CLEAN MISSOURI! Vote No on 3 on November 3rd.
