Happy Cardinals Home Opener! Let's go Cards!
Dr. Brian Seeck does a really good job explaining why he is worried about this surge in heart disease. As explained in the article, a study has shown that there is some temporary scarring in the hearts of individuals that have had COVID, but that's not the most concerning thing he is seeing. The long term effect that he is seeing is in people who have not even had the virus. It's due to weight gain and inactivity that is a result of the new lifestyle that COVID has introduced into our lives. People are more sedentary than ever, and with working from home, a lot of people are eating a lot more too. Now that the weather is warmer, make sure you're getting out and getting some exercise. It's good for more than just your heart.
Happy Easter to you and your families!
There are a lot of distractions and a lot of hardships recently. If you focus on all that there is to be thankful for, you may find that things are not so bad!
Here are some tips to help you rake and clear leaves while trying to minimize the risk of injury. Make sure you also take breaks and hydrate!
Happy Veterans Day and thank you for all of those who have served! Attached is a website we received via email from the Department of Veteran Affairs, sharing history, deals for veterans, stories, etc. We thought we would pass it along!
For those of you who are struggling to keep up with continuous downfall of leaves recently, here is some motivation! Have a great day!
A message definitely worth sharing, especially in trying times like these!
Chiropractic can help you to deal with the causes not symptoms in solving problems.
You don't JUST go to the dentist when you have a cavity, do you? Regular chiropractic care is maintenance for your spine. Stop the issues before they start!
You can't see his huge smile, but you can tell by looking at his eyes that Mr. Bones is super excited for St. Louis sports to be returning! Go Cardinals! Let's go Blues!

I just stumbled upon this artist from Florida who is doing sidewalk art with chalk to keep people smiling while taking in some fresh air on social distance walks. I wanted to share some of them with you :) @caseydrakemakes
Happy Easter to everyone! This is going to be a different Easter for everyone, but we hope you are able to enjoy it nonetheless!
I received this email from Mercy and felt like it would be worth a share as a good reminder. We all need to continue to do our part during these times. Stay safe and stay healthy! Here's how you can help contain COVID-19. There’s a lot we still don’t know about COVID-19. But we do know that it’s extremely contagious more so than many other viruses. ...Continue reading
Good Morning! We wanted to update you all on our hours and office operations under the current environment. We are currently open during our normal business hours with the exception of Thursdays. Dr. Feldmann will be in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our goal, along with other chiropractors in the area, are to keep non-contaminated patients experiencing acute or active pain out of medical offices, Urgent Cares, and the ER in an attempt to minimize overc...rowding in these spaces and allowing medical offices to focus on COVID-19 cases and to minimize possible incidents of spread and exposure to COVID-19. We are screening each patient with questions and temperature readings. We are only taking on patients with new active pain complaints At this time, we urge our maintenance patients to keep up with your at-home exercises and healthy habits, but please, if you are currently not in pain, Stay Home! We’ll get you rescheduled as soon as we can and appreciate your understanding. We value all of our patients, maintenance or acute, but right now we are operating with a purpose of minimizing potential exposure. We are also spreading out appointments so there will be no crowding in the waiting room and limiting any cross contamination between patients. We are continuing with our increased sterilization practices, but if you are uncomfortable or know that you or others in your household may be at risk, please Stay Home. We'll get through this together, but the more we stay hunkered down and take care of each other, the quicker we will get through this as a community. Everyone has to play their part. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe and we look forward to getting to normal operations!
Happy Monday! My oldest daughter was given the task to dress like a superhero for today from her school. She decided to "dress up like mom," who is a nurse at Mercy. I felt the need to share this smiling face (and little sister's too because if big sis is getting a picture taken, then of course she needs one too) in hopes of speading some smiles during these difficult times. I also wanted to take the opportunity to thank all first responders, nurses, aids, medical staff and ...doctors for doing all they can for the safety and health of the community! THANK YOU! Stay safe and keep each other safe -Kristopher Feldmann, DC
