We're Re-opening! Next Monday June 1st Warrior Jujitsu will reopen with some new restrictions during this first phase. Here's what you can expect to keep us all as safe as possible: Everyone entering will be prescreened by having your temperature taken with a touchless thermometer. Students will be directed straight to a hand washing station. ... Mats, seating, and equipment will be cleaned prior to every class. We ask that young students be dropped off if possible. If not possible we ask that only one parent accompany the student to class. Everyone is HIGHLY encouraged to wear a mask or other face covering at all times while inside the building. As always, any student or parent showing any illness symptoms are asked to remain at home. We apologize for the inconveniences but the safety of our students is our #1 priority. With the state of Missouri getting ready to reopen in phases, we have reviewed the state phase plan and the orders from the Johnson County Department of Health. Phase 1 still requires strict social distancing of 6 feet between individuals and groups no larger than 10 persons. These distancing restrictions make it imposible to practice our art with efficiency. With these restrictions in mind, and the safety of our students placed first and foremost, we have made the decision ...to remain closed for the month of May. Phase 1 of the reopening is set to end on May 31st. We will make every effort to have a grand reopening at the beginning of June. This decision is a difficult one for us.
