Growing up from Lampang, Chef Pam is very excited to introduce Lanna Food to Kansas City! Traditional Northern Thai food is also known as Lanna Food, where Lanna refers to ancient Kingdom which cover most part of Northern Thailand. The Lanna Kingdom doesn’t exist anymore but we still refer ...Northern Thailand, such as Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Lampang, Nan and Phae as Lanna. This will be a great opportunity to learn about Lanna Food with Chef Pamthe history, the story and how to enjoy Lanna cuisine!
