Approach to Seattle, beautiful mountain and beautiful site upon arrival at the airport. The Seattle airport is surprisingly easy to navigate although I did find myself in the employee lounge briefly before finding my gate

One of my beautiful clients agreed to allow me to post this photo that shows the power of having a therapy dog in the office. A great therapy dog offers the clients things the therapist can not. They always knows just what the client needs!!

Today is the day!

Love will save the day. Love generously!

People ask me, When will I get over this? How long will it take? This is the answer I give because it’s true and awful and honest and painful and they already know. I tell them it will be hard, but you can do hard. You’ll make it. And they can and they do and they are never the same. And that’s good.

I love people who embrace their flawsomeness! They recognize that their magnificent flawedness is what makes them so lovely and approachable and real. That they are comfortable with who they are, flaws and all, is a gift they give to the world to help us all learn to love ourselves better. Affirmation: I am flawsome!

When two hearts desperately want to connect but two self-righteously angry minds refuse to let them.

You are exactly where you are intended to be, today, right now. There is a Loving Power greater than ourselves that is watching out for us and conspiring with the universe heal us. But growth takes time, it’s ok to go slow. Affirmation: Right now, I am exactly where I am supposed to be.
