2 7 21 - VERSAILLES

Pastor Lora’s daughter asked me to share an update on Lora’s condition. She knows many of you are praying for her and may be wondering how things are going. Her vitals are still good, she sleeps a lot and is relatively pain free. She is not being allowed any visitors at this point, so I’m sure that’s hard on her family and they all could use our prayers for strength, patience, comfort and peace during this journey.

An update on Pastor Lora: Pastor Lora is receiving Hospice care and has moved to Arrowhead Senior Living, in Osage Beach, room 400. Please continue to pray for her and her family.

Versailles UMC has had a error occur while trying to record worship today. I am so sorry to tell you we are unable to provide a recording of the service. Today is the 3rd Sunday of Advent. The Sunday of joy. May you be filled with the joy of Christ.

Versailles UMC will return to in house worship this Sunday, the 13th at 8:30 a.m. Please be advised that we must adhere to the Bishop’s mandatory ruling of all over the age of 2 wearing a face mask while in the facility, 6’ diameter distance being kept between families and 25% room occupancy. Glensted will return to in house worship next Sunday, the 20th at 9:45 a.m. In the next few days, more details will be coming about Christmas Eve experiences being offered.
