Oh our fun, energetic, loving, and loud friend Nicole... we are going to miss you so much around here, however we know that you're moving on to bigger and better things and for that we are so proud to call you our friend. Today was "Knockout Wednesday" we brought in some fun boxing gear and everyone got their chance at the punching bag or mitts. It was a lot of fun!

Today's afternoon activity was crafting hour. We decorated the employee jars to be set out for our "Longest Day" pie in the face competition. The top 3 people with the most money raised for the Alzheimers Association, in their jar, will get a PIE IN THE FACE!! Stop by and get your donation in to see your favorite (or not so favorite) employee get the pie in the face on july 21st. Let's make this interesting!!

This is Friendly reminder that June 30th from 10am - 3pm is our Staff, Family, and Resident family picnic. There will be games, prizes, dunk tank, BBQ, music, bounce house, water ballons and music. (and much more) Also, will be having a raffle and taking donations for the pie in the face to be held on July 21st at 2 p.m., so pick your favorite employee and put the money in the jar or just buy some raffle tickets.

We had such a blast carving pumpkins today! Most of our residents have never carved a pumpkin before. I think they did a great job as first timers!!

I think our paper mache skull turned out pretty cool!

Today's noodle ball game was a big hit! We poped 3 balloons and scared an employee. Our friends laughed and had a good time.

We wont let this rain get us down! We took a little afternoon drive today.

We had a great afternoon talking about the history of classic monster movies. We watched clips from these movies and read interesting facts about them. Oh how horror films have changed!

We would like to thank the first responders for everything they do on a day to day basis. As a good community neighbor, we had a drive up made to order free breakfast service for them today. It was a great turnout!
