ATTENTION FESTIVAL LOVERS: Heritage & Freedom Fest is right around the corner. We've had so many volunteers sign up to dedicate their time to make this festival a success, but there are still more openings to fill! Let us know if you or your family, or a group of friends want to participate in the fun! VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: ADA SHUTTLE GOLF-CART DRIVERS - Drive citizens from the ADA parking lot to the festival grounds, and assist with mobility devices when needed.... SHUTTLE GOLF-CART COORDINATORS - Provide oversight and direction to the shuttle drivers, and assist the public in utilizing the service. HEAT RELIEF TENT - Enjoy the A/C tent located in the heart of the festival while monitoring capacity limits. ENTERTAINMENT ALLEY ACTIVITIES - Assist with activities on Entertainment Alley, including tricycles, oversized yard-games, and the Monster Mural. HOSPITALITY TENT - Assist with food and beverage prep for volunteers and staff working at the festival.

Since spring is around the corner, that means exciting events are happening in O'Fallon and we need volunteers like YOU to help make the Kids' Spring Fling a success! We are in need of 8 energetic volunteers to help make this event egg-tacular for all of the kiddos! We will need help with stuffing eggs for the hunt, hiding the eggs, handing out the prizes at the prize table, monitoring the bubble bus, and assisting with games. Come join us in making this new event fun-filled for all! #VolunteerOFallon

We are in need of volunteers for each theatre production of 'PUFFS'! SCHEDULE: Fridays and Saturdays: 6:30PM-10PM (curtain 7PM-10PM) Sundays: 1:30PM-5PM (curtain 2PM-5PM)... AVAILABLE VOLUNTEER SHIFTS: April 16, Friday evening (8 openings) April 17, Saturday evening (8 openings) April 18, Sunday matinee (8 openings) April 23, Friday evening (8 openings) April 24, Saturday evening (8 openings) April 25, Sunday matinee (8 openings) Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic, is a 2015 original play by New York-based playwright Matt Cox. The play is a comedic retelling of the Harry Potter book series by J. K. Rowling, but from the Puffs' perspective. VOLUNTEER POSITIONS: --Entry Greeter (1 per performance)-- Welcome guests to the show at the entrance to the facility. Provide masks for those who do not have them. Direct to ticket sales. --Ticket Scanners (2 per performance)-- Check for tickets and scan barcodes. --Concession Assistant (1 per performance)-- Assist with setting up, distributing concessions, and tearing down at the end of the play. --Lobby Greeter (2 per performance)-- Provide directions to the stairwell, elevator, and restrooms from the first floor and second floor lobbies. --Seating Usher (2 per performance)-- Escort audience to their seats. TRAINING: Detailed instructions will be provided; advance tour available for first time volunteers. PERK: Enjoy the performance in reserved seating on scheduled date!
