2020 has been a challenging and sad year to put it mildly. Because of the pandemic, 2020 will hopefully be the only year where there are limited jury trials. As a result, we have been concerned for our clients that it would become even more difficult to obtain recovery and resolve their cases for the value they deserve. However, innovation comes from necessity and adversity. We have spent this year developing and refining ways to help our clients when there is no impending... trial to motivate insurance companies and corporate defendants to do so. We are proud that we have secured millions in settlements for our clients since the onset of COVID, including a $500,000 settlement this week for a deserving client who was seriously injured in an auto accident. When choosing a personal injury firm, results and relationships matter the most. We are appreciative of our outcomes and even happier with how we have continued to aid our clients through the difficulties and uncertainties of this year. We hope and pray you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.and for a better 2021.

Our three co-founders have again been included on the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list, including the Top 50 list of Kansas City lawyers and Top 100 list of Missouri & Kansas lawyers based on the nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.

It is fitting on this day where we honor those who served and sacrificed for our country that we announce our newest associate to the firm. Rick Schleipman joins us and will assist in handling claims involving serious injury and wrongful death. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
