Recalled units are Kidde Model Series 2040, 2050, 2060 & 2070 Smoke & Com...bination Smoke/Carbon Monoxide alarms. Only alarms w/ TruSense logo or AMBER=FAULT printed on the front are included in recall. We have been informed the vast majority of these alarms were sold at Walmart and are not part of any smoke alarm donation they make to the fire service. I’ve asked that they confirm none were sent to either state fire marshals offices or fire departments for their smoke alarm programs. We will share any updates we receive. See more

With Halloween upon us we would like to extend an invitation to any trick or treaters. We understand the severity of COVID, but we also understand that kids are the ones being affected the most with things being cancelled. We will be handing out pre packaged treats from 5 to 7 or as long as supply lasts to any trick or treaters that show up. If they don’t want to get out of the car, we will deliver to the window. We will take precautions on our end as far as safety and masks as to not expose or potentially spread anything. It’s shaping up to be nice weather Saturday evening and we will be excited to see all the costumes.
