It’s official! I am now NAT certified in Corrective Exercises and Anatomy of Stretching! Which means Corrective Exercise Sessions are now live on our website and can be booked during Open Gym hours. Book your session now to begin your journey towards a pain free life! This can be found on our booking page under services and fitness. These sessions can be done over Zoom or in person. Here’s a snapshot of the new schedule to come! I’ll continue to explain and share more as we get closer to July 1st! Open Gym: Unlimited use of the facility and equipment and access to me! I’ll be there to give you tips and small workouts. During Open Gym hours you can also schedule a one on one session. Evening classes will rotate and Wednesdays will be Self-Defense classes!! (Self-Defense classes will be separate from my other classes and not included in the free classes with Open Gym memberships).

We are sad to announce Victory Fitness will be temporarily closed until we can find another instructor. Effective August 31, 2020. We want to wish LaShena Wheat the best in her new journey. We were so blessed to have her as part of our team and she brought so many blessings to our members and clients. LaShena you will be missed!

All classes canceled today but we will be back Thursday at 10, 12 and 5:30.

THANK YOU FOR COMING!!! We did not get a photo of everyone that attended this fun FRIENDS EDITION REFIT. Some left early some joined us at the coffee shop....but the main reason we didn’t get pictures is because... we were IN the moment not behind a camera and friends that is priceless!!! We will do more of these progressive events as many of you have already asked for it!!

Here’s the breakdown for Saturday: Arrive at VICTORY FITNESS 8:30am All CLASSES are at VICTORY FITNESS. 8:30am-10am REFIT 90min Class 10:05-11am RESTORATIVE CLASS -At Victory ... 11:15-11:30 ARRIVE at CLASSIC ROCK COFFEE After the 10 am class we will head on over to Classic Rock Coffee Downtown. Location landmark: if you pass Caspers you went too far. Address is 535 W Walnut, Springfield Mo 65806. Masks are needed for entry once eating and drinking masks may be removed. Parking is FREE and is across the street OR in front of the shop.
