NEW CLASS DEBUT Saturday: Swing and Sweat Class at 9am (30min) lead by our new amazing instructor Carly Lehman! Starting next Saturday’s we will be debuting a brand new kind of group fitness class! Swing and Sweat! It’s swing dancing done in an aerobic pace to a playlist from the 1920s-1940’s! All fitness levels and all coordination levels are welcome to this 30min class!
