Valley Community Center Food Kitchen

Thank you Abundant Faith Church of God for coming and providing coats for the folks at the Valley Community Center. All those in need were very grateful to receive them.

Thank you Breakthrough Christian Center for all the paper products and cleaning supplies. Every year we have a drive called, White Christmas. We would like to also thank the many others who have given. This helps to stretch our budget throughout the year. If you’d like to help in this way, you can give anytime throughout the year.

In spite of the wintery weather outside WE ARE OPEN TONIGHT. Please help us spread the word!

Last night we had our Christmas dinner for the folks at the Valley Community Center. Mt Zion Baptist Church cooked the meal. They had ham and cheesy potatoes, delicious desserts and punch. We had gloves and hats, socks and a gift for every person. You can’t tell by the pictures (we were so busy we didn’t take many ), but as the night grew we had over 65 people attend. Everyone enjoyed themselves and went home full and blessed. Thank you Mt Zion Church and all those who gave and volunteered to make this a special evening for all.

THANK YOU Nicole Cordonnier and the nurses and doctors from Mosaic Emergency Room and kids for the amazing supper tonight. Everyone enjoyed it so much. You put your whole heart into serving others and it shows in all you do! Merry Christmas to you and thanks again!
