Valley Park Library Board of Trustees recently approved a new reciprocal borrowing agreement with St. Louis County Library. On January 1, 2018, Valley Park residents will once again have free borrowing privileges with the County Library. In September, the County Library decided to eliminate the fees for reciprocal borrowing. Two years ago, Valley Park Library was forced to withdraw from the previous county agreement because of the mounting fees. Now, all residents will be able to get a free County Library card.
