Congratulations to Kyle Roth and his family on winning the National Football Foundation, STL--Lombardo Chapter Most Inspirational/Courageous Award. This is a BIG DEAL, and they certainly chose a very deserving award winner in Kyle. In four years of football, Kyle never took a second off from practice. His dedication and commitment were an amazing example to the younger players on what it takes to succeed. He finished the year winning All-State Honors and Class 1 Defensive... POY. What makes all of this even more remarkable is he did this all while being a type 1 diabetic. At no time did Kyle allow his illness to be an obstacle. To the contrary, Kyle used his illness as force multiplier to help others with the same problem. Kyle has been a mentor to youngsters in our community that share Kyle’s diabetes. He has shown them that you can overcome and excel if you believe in God, yourself, and those around you. #FRATRESTUI
