Due to COVID-19 we will be conducting business differently. Our office will still be functioning during our regular hours of 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday, however, the doors will be locked and we will only conduct business by phone or online for our current customers. We will be restricting our new rental interactions to the parking lot. Our current customers can drop notices, signed and dated change of addresses, referral cards, money order or cashiers check through... our night drop slot in the office door at any time 24/7. If you have to pay with cash it needs to be exact change. Make sure to include your unit number and name on the account on your payment! If you would like a receipt please let us know if you want it mailed or emailed. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
