The weather was beautiful for an outdoor visit with Sister Carla Dolce at Our Lady of Wisdom in New Orleans last week.

During her talks Friday, Sister Regina gave the UA-NOLA 7th graders buttons for their backpacks depicting the sisterhood of St. Ursula, St. Angela, Ursuline Sisters and Ursuline students.

Sister Regina Marie Fronmuller spoke with two groups of 7th graders at Ursuline Academy in New Orleans on Friday, with the theme of "You have sisters around the world!"

Happy 90th birthday to Sister Miriam Patricia Faricy! Our birthday greetings were socially distanced at St. Andrew's at Francis Place in Eureka, Mo., but all our sisters remain close in our hearts.

"For all migrants and people on the move, especially for internally displaced persons to whom this World Migrant and Refugee Day is dedicated: may they feel the concern and proximity of the Church throughout the world. Let us pray."

Tomorrow is the 106th World Day of Migrants and Refugees--themed "Forced to flee like Jesus" by Pope Francis. "For an ever greater understanding of the situation of internally displaced persons throughout the world and in each of our nations, that the Lord may guide us to be attentive and open our eyes to the needs and sufferings of our brothers and sisters who are forced to move. Let us pray."

We honor the life of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg as she lies in repose in the nation's capital. As a school dedicated to the education of young women, we admir...e her combination of a keen intellect and an understated style, and as a school that values the importance of community, we thank her for her unflagging devotion to those less fortunate.
