Springfield: 27th Annual 4th of July Celebration - Hat's off to A...merica Hosted by Midtown Neighborhood Association Tuesday, July 4 at 10 AM - 1 PM Please join us for Springfield’s 27th Annual Old Fashioned 4th of July Parade and Celebration sponsored by Midtown Neighborhood Association. Monday, July 4, 2017 10:00am - 1:00pm (rain or shine) This year’s theme will be Hats off to America". Parade slots are still available at $10 per entry and $50 for political entries. Deadline for entries is June 30th. Children are invited to march or ride their bicycles in the parade at no charge! After the parade please join us at historic Washington Park. We will have live music, children’s games & prizes, a pie baking contest, ice cream from Hiland Dairy, food trucks, and are parade awards ceremony. People are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on. Republic City of Republic's 21st Annual Have-a-Blast Patriotic Celebration Friday, June 30, 2107 The City of Republic will host the 21st Annual Have-A-Blast Patriotic Celebration on Friday, June 30, 2017! This year’s event features an encore performance by the popular local 80’s tribute band Members Only. Have-A-Blast begins at 6:00 p.m. and includes an inflatable zone, pony rides, face painting and balloon art, a petting zoo, skydiving exhibition at 7:30 p.m., and more. Members Only will take the stage at 6:30 p.m. and play for three hours leading up to the fireworks. The fireworks show will begin at approximately 9:50 p.m. Admission is FREE; food vendors and activities will require a fee. Have-A-Blast is held at J.R. Martin Park, located at 300 E. Hines in Republic. Marshfield Marshfield Independence Day Parade July 4, 2017 100 N. Crittenden St. Marshfield, MO 65706 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Join us at our 138th Independence Day Parade on July 4. Marshfield's Independence Day celebration began in 1879 and remains the oldest, continuously held parade west of the Mississippi River. Marshfield Independence Day Rodeo 600 N. Marshall Marshfield, MO 65706 July 4-July 8 6 p.m.-11 p.m. The Independence Day Rodeo will be July 4-July 8, 2017, at the Webster County Fairgrounds. Gates open at 6 p.m. with the Rodeo beginning at 8 p.m. The week will kick off with the Independence Day Rodeo on Tuesday, July 4 with fireworks at the conclusion of the night The Rodeo will continue thru Wednesday, July 5. On Thursday July, 6 there will be a Hometown Truck Pull event, followed by the Sanctioned Truck and Tractor Pull on Friday, July 7. The week will wrap up on Saturday, July 8 with a Demolition Derby Tickets can be purchased in advance beginning June 9, 2017. Advanced ticket prices: child, $5; adult, $8. At the gate: child, $8; adult, $10. Children younger than age 5 are admitted free.
