No preschool tomorrow, Jan. 26, 2021. I hope to see you on Wednesday.

We talked about boats today and read Boats by Donald Crews. We made a good list of boats and then drew our favorite boat and then used the water colors to put the boat in the water. We also worked on counting by just looking at the possible combinations of items. A store opened at school today but the prices are very high, every thing is at least $100. I think the store is making a good profit. We ate crackers and cheese and played out on the trikes.

We talked more about school buses today. We took another pretend bus ride. When I got on the bus, I asked the driver his name. He replied, Frankenstein. Frank was a good driver. We did some cutting, worked on numbers, wrote our names and played outside. We celebrated Hudson's birthday with cookies and gift bags! He'll be 5 tomorrow!

We read Donald Crew's book, School Bus today. We also took about 8 pretend bus rides. Some rides were pretty wild and they ended up in the aisle, even with their seatbelts on! We made a school bus that allowed us to practice our cutting and gluing. We ate crackers and played outside. We also worked a little more on numbers.

We talked about trucks today. We read a wordless book called, Trucks, by Donald Crews. The boys didn't think we could read the book since it didn't have any words, but we did! We also traced our names, worked on numbers, ate granola bars and played outside.
