To all the Dads out thereHappy Fathers Day!

The past week has been hot, but tomorrow (Friday) is supposed to be crazy hot! Be sure to check on the elderly, stay cool, stay hydrated, don’t be out in the heat for an excessive amount of time (if possible), and please remember to bring any outside pets inside.

It doesn’t matter how old you are or what you do. When a cool kid like this asks for a group photo in front of a semi, you do a group photo in front of a semi!

Another great Franklin County Backstoppers tournament in the books. Tim Spencer, TJ Nichols, Tim Lottman, and Matt Newman played for Union Ambulance.

Thank you to everyone who made Saturday possible. Wally Weiss was able to take his last ride on Whitey. Followed by a parade over a mile long of his brothers ...and sisters from Gerald-Rosebud Fire, Crestwood Professional Firefighters, Owensville Fire Department, Boles Fire Protection District, Washington Fire Department, Union Fire Protection District, Beaufort-Leslie Fire Protection District, Gerald Mo Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff's Office, Gasconade County Sheriff's Office, Owensville EMS, Union Ambulance District, Meramec Ambulance District, Bland Fire Protection District, Dry Creek Bloodhounds, Hermann Area Volunteer Fire Department, Osage Ambulance District, & Gerald Area Ambulance, Owensville Police Department, Gasconade County E-911, Rosebud Police Department, ARCH Air Medical- Sullivan Base & Gerald Side-by-side Club. We have an amazing community and we thank each and every one of you who came out to support our fallen brother. And thank you to everyone who made his ceremony possible.
