See description of the support group below with days/times listed and how to sign up directly with UMKC Counseling Services! This support group will allow current students to discuss their feelings, and challenges associated with the COVID-19 surge in India. The group will provide a space to receive support from our UMKC community, and identify ways to deal with the emotions associated with COVID-19. It will also provide an opportunity to connect with others, find ways to m...anage stress related to the current events while learning tools to help you continue to engage in daily activities. Topics will include the Impact of COVID-19 on family, friends, relationships, academics/career plans, cultural concerns, and more.
