Her pastries are scratch made with ...local, high quality ingredients in small batches to ensure the freshest baked goods for her customers. After culinary school, Chef Coltrain worked for Gerard Craft in the original Niche, opened Pint Size Bakery with Christy Augustine, and was the Executive Pastry Chef at the Missouri Athletic Club.
