Today I start my train up for the upcoming fencing season. I'm starting slow. If you want to join me, here is my workout for today: 60/120s (Run at a quick pace for 60 seconds walk for 120 seconds) repeat 10 times 5 sets of Sit-ups (I recommend doing sets of between 5-15 depending on your fitness level. I will be doing sets of 5 starting off)... 5 Sets of Box Jumps or Butt Kickers (I recommend doing sets of between 3-5 depending on your fitness level. I will be doing sets of 5 starting off) If you have any questions let me know
